Induction Cooktop (with Cooking Element LED Bars)
Our specially designed induction cooktops offer exceptional power, precision, and responsiveness for fast, efficient heating and even cooking. Induction technology directly heats your cookware—and only your cookware—for greater energy efficiency, safer usage, and easier cleanup than gas or electric cooktops. Our red LED indicator bars display the power level of each element for easy monitoring.
Safer Operation and Easy Cleanup (Induction)
Because induction uses electromagnetic energy to heat only your induction-compatible cookware, and not the cooktop itself, fire hazards and risk of burns are reduced for a safer experience. And since the cooktop remains cool, drips and splatters won’t burn onto the surface, allowing for easier cleanup.
4 Induction Elements and Warming Zone
Four induction cooktop elements of varying sizes and power levels provide all the power and precision you need, plus a radiant heat warming zone that keeps hot, cooked food at serving temperature. Perfect for warming soups, sauces, breads, beverages, pastries, and more.
UltraHeat 4.3kW Element
With 4,300 watts of power, our UltraHeat element is powerful enough to rapidly boil water and flexible enough to turn down to a true simmer. Plus, the induction elements can conveniently adjust to accommodate different sizes of cookware.
Cooking Element LED Bar
Each cooking element features a red LED bar that displays its current power level—allowing you to quickly and easily monitor the cooktop.
Automatic Cookware Detection (Induction)
Using sensors beneath the surface, activated cooking elements only operate when compatible cookware of the appropriate size is detected within the cooking zone. If cookware is not added, or is removed from an active element, the element will deactivate after one minute.
Cookware Compatibility Indicator
How well your cookware heats on an induction element depends on several factors, such as the cookware's size, material, and shape of its base. Our cooktop is equipped with a built-in Cookware Compatibility Indicator, which rates cookware and element compatibility on a scale from 0 to 10, to help you optimize the power output and performance of each element and maximize energy efficiency.
Boost Mode (10 Minutes)
Need extra cooking power? Activate Boost mode to maximize an element's power output for up to 10 minutes. Ideal for quickly boiling large pots of water or heating large quantities of food.
ProBake Convection
Get pro baking technology at home with a combined two-speed fan and an ultra-powerful rear heating element that delivers is faster preheating, quicker cooking and more even baking on multiple racks at the same time. And with no bottom heating element, cleaning up baked-on spills and splatters is much easier.
Air Fry Technology
Quickly air fry enough crispy favorites to feed a crowd, while saving time and counter space. High temperatures and the convection fan work together to deliver the flavor and crunch you crave with little to no oil.

For the occasional deep clean, use our standard Self Clean feature.
Hood and OTR Microwave Sync
Sync your cooktop and smart LG hood or over-the-range microwave via the ThinQ app to automatically activate the fan and light when the cooktop burners are in use, for a seamless cooking experience.
Temperature Probe
Roast all types of meats to near perfection with ease. Simply set the desired temperature using your range or LG smartphone app and insert the LG Temperature Probe to monitor the internal temperature of your dish. When it’s done cooking, the oven turns off automatically. No more temperature checking—no more over cooking.
Control Lock / Lockout Mode
Control Lock is a safety feature that allows you to disable the control panel and oven knob functions, preventing accidental activation of the cooktop and oven and providing a worry-free experience.
